Not really. You need to see why you are getting these bounces. What's in Mailman's bounce.log? Are bouncing users getting their delivery disabled?
What are your list(s) Bounce Processing settings.
In particular, if you set all the Notify owner ... settings to Yes
and Forward unrecognized bounces to either List Admins or Site Admin, what do you see?
Also, if there are queued bounces in
/opt/mailman/mm/var/queue/bounces, you can examine them with
/opt/mailman/mm/bin/mailman qfile
